We take data security seriously. We use encryption to make sure your private data stays that way, and only you are able to see the information that’s stored in your Twindig vault.

No. All documents you upload are securely stored. They’re made private by default and are only visible to you.

We want to provide a useful service that helps you take control of your home, so we’ll always contact you regarding any changes to your property or other properties you follow.

We’ll also send you product alerts and news, but if you’d prefer that we didn’t, you can unsubscribe from any of our alerts or updates at any time.

You can both claim the same property, but there can be only one verified owner, so decide whose profile you’re going to use and stick with that one. Once you’ve completed your profile, you’ll be asked to verify that you’re the owner.

Each property can only have one verified owner. Upon claiming a property, you’ll be asked to confirm that you’re the owner or renter - and you’ll need to verify your ownership to make your profile public.

If you see your property has been claimed by somebody else, simply get in touch to confirm your ownership.

If you’re having trouble finding your verification email, follow these steps:

1. Check your spam
2. If using Gmail, see if the email is in the ‘Updates’ tab
3. If using Outlook, turn off “focused” inbox if enabled.
4. Still don’t have your verification email? Reset your password.

If you want to remove your connection to a property, it’s easy to unclaim it. Just go to the property’s profile page, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Unclaim’.
